Research On The Negotiation Path Of Social Organizations In China

After the the reform and opening-up policy and especially in the recent years,with the rapid expansion of our economics,the interest differentiation of our society becomes more and more obvious,the conflict between different interest groups happen occasionally.the number of social organization which can relax the conflict between different interest groups also grow very quickly.When we look back the progress of our hi story,we can see that the social organization is very important to our society:It can not only contact our nation with citizen as a bridge,but also contact different interest groups to let them go into politics rational and orderly.So far,the social groups in our country has enhanced both its number and size,as a result,these social groups want to go into politics eagerly.In order to deal with the new situation,the government introduce policies to make the social groups into deliberative democracy system to assertion the rights of social groups.The way is essential to realize social groups deliberation,however,in political participation,there are some questions to obstacle the social groups into the deliberative democracy system.Even so,the academic circles pay little attention to the question whether theory research or practice research.My paper based on the nation conditions and Political Theories.to analyze the questions exist in the way of social groups going into deliberation,and put forward reasonable proposals at last.In my paper,I will apply the document analysis,system analysis and case analysis to research the questions,and combine the concrete practice way to explore the way of social groups go into deliberation which based on the nation conditions.This paper is organized as follows:Introduction describes the background,current related research and significance of selected subject.The first chapter introduce the current situation of social groups go into deliberative democracy,which include the current situation of social groups' number and size;also the deliberative way of social groups go into deliberation is the key point,such as NPC,CPPCC and the government,in the last introduce the impact of construct the way of social groups go into deliberation.The next focus on the question of the way that social groups go into deliberation.The social groups,government and deliberative way as the elements of political system which impede the social groups deliberation.Also the proper case can make the thesis more completion.At last,I will give some proposals to solve the questions which exist in the way of social groups deliberation.In these measures I think the Internet as a form of social groups deliberation is very important to the development of social groups.It has a lot of advantages when compared with the traditional deliberative way.
