Cognitive Bias And Policy Correction Of College Students' Village Officials

The system of college-graduate village official design and realization can be promote the talents and the ability of the rural governance.Because I worked in Chongming that I can observed and investigate the college-graduate village official here,this study choose the college-graduate village official in Chongming as the object.There are more than 90 college-graduate village officials in Chongming within the economic developed quickly.However,the college-graduate village official have dilemma of identity.Because,those college-graduate village official can not meet the expect of the post,the leader and the villagers can not identity the work of the college-graduate village official.That made the stability and the initiative of the college-graduate village official in Chongming is not high which limited the function of the college-graduate village official system..This study discuss the identity dilemma of the college-graduate village official based on the theory.Then I combined with the investigation interview to the college-graduate village official in Chingming to analysis the problems and the reasons of the college-graduate village official identity dilemma.The performance of the college-graduate village official identity dilemma including the low role integration,the identity ambiguity,the expectation cannot meet,the role adjustment difficulty,and the identity stability and social identity is poor.Combined with the interview to analysis the reasons,clear the huge difference between the personal cognition and the reality make the identity dilemma,because there is not a clear identity of the college-graduate village official based on the legal and the policy,and there is not necessary organization and guarantee for the identity develop or transformation.At the end of the study,I make the countermeasures in order to resolve the identity dilemma based on clear the identity of the college-graduate village official,promote the organization management to raise the identity professional,improve the system guarantee of career development and transformation.
