X-unit Performance Evaluation System Optimization Research

X institution as the Yellow River flood control and one of the important units,in the protection of the lower reaches of the Yellow River along the coast of people's life and property safety,promote the lower reaches of the Yellow River coast production stability,economic development and people's life plays an important role in ensuring social stability and harmony.Due to unit internal and external environment changes,X unit becomes increasingly the disadvantages of the current performance evaluation system,how to improve its performance review,set up the system of modern science,has become an urgent task facing the unit.I take X institution performance appraisal system as an example,through to the domestic and international relevant materials,survey method and so on,the present situation of the current performance evaluation system of X units,research and analyze the existing problems and causes,discovered X units in addition to conventional institutions inherent failing,the outstanding problem X institutions lack of performance for the worker wages,lack of communication feedback and results used improperly,in view of the problems and causes,himself from the target,principle,train of thought,index decomposition and weight distribution,implementation process,communication and feedback of performance appraisal and examination of application system optimization design,and from strengthening training education,improve the appraisal system,strengthen communication feedback,strengthen the electronic information,strengthening assessment,establish supervision mechanism and expedite reporting channels at ordinary times put forward safeguard measures and countermeasures,thus to improve the overall performance level X institution,also for the optimization of other similar hydropower unit performance appraisal provides some new ideas and methods,to improve the performance appraisal system has made the beneficial exploration.This paper is divided into six chapters:...
