Big Data Improves The Efficiency Of Public Security Exit And Entry Management

The age of the big data is coming,depending on powerful prediction ability,information handling ability,real-time information Feedback ability and other important characteristics,big data technology has been gradually applied to the economic and social fields.In March 2016,China has put forwardthe13 th Five-Year plan to implement the national strategy for big data: Making the big data as a basic strategic resources,promoting big data development,accelerating the development and open sharing of data resources,helping industrial restructuring and social governance innovation.At the same time,the entry and exit management department is facing the problem of rapid increasing of entry and exit certificate application,continued increasing of the control pressure,and the serious inadequate of police quantity,how to enhance the entry and exit management work without increasing police quantity,has become an important problem to be solved urgently.Under the background of promoting the big data strategy by our country,how to make the best of the entry and exit big data to promoting the entry and exit management work,will become an important study in the future.In order to take advantage of the entry and exit management big data,we should strengthen the basic research methods of the current big data applications,especially the application of large data using for governmentand public security organs.After consulting the literature related to the research at home and abroad as well as big data entry and exit management technology on the internal,this paper has summarized the concept of big data and the basic theory which can be used in entry and exit management work,explored the use of big data in government management and public governance,analyzed the necessity and feasibility of exit and entry management big data using.Meanwhile,this summarized data integration,collection and system construction of the entry and exit management work.Based on the study above,summed up the problem that entry and exit management departments in the use of big data has to do the model needs to be improved,the relevant data sharing is not smooth,data acquisition and analysis ability,such as the lack of professional talents,and puts forward some ideas,strengthen the application and cultivation of professional talents,strengthen the reserve information security and many other solutions around the problems above.
