Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Exit And Entry Informatization Sercive In Dalian

In today's world,the process of informatization continues to advance,bringing great changes to human production and lifestyle.Human society is moving from an industrial society to an information society.Informatization development is an unstoppable trend in social development and also an important force to promote the transformation of social economy,politics and culture.Vigorously promoting the construction of informatization is an inevitable requirement for promoting social progress and building a socialist harmonious society.With the continuous advancement of the party and the government's policy of “streamline administration,delegate powers,improve regulation,and strengthen services”,and also with the development of optimizing the Business Environment in Dalian,the exchange of personnel between China and foreign countries is becoming more and more frequent.In line with the fundamental purpose of serving the people,the Exit and Entry Administration of Dalian Public Security Bureau is also promoting the information office,aiming to create an informatized and intelligent business hall.Under the call of building a socialist harmonious society,the Exit and Entry Administration of Dalian Public Security Bureau vigorously promote the construction of exit and entry informatization service.However,due to insufficient understanding of “Internet +”,unreasonable resource configuration,information update not timely,there are still a series of problems to be solved in the construction of entry and exit informatization service in Dalian.Considering on the research of construction of informatization service at home and abroad,and based on the theoretical knowledge of e-government,this paper uses the combination of literature research and questionnaires to explore the problems existing in the construction of exit and entry informatization service in Dalian,analyzing the reasons,giving reasonable solutions,and providing reference and experience for the construction of exit and entry informationization service of Dalian.
