With the internet technology developing and the rapid popularization of Computer Networks and Application in China. E-government, a new thing, is known and familiar to more and more people. Compared with developed countries, the construction of E-government is at an initial stage. The rapid popularization of E-government is obstructed by the low level information technology of all society. The web sites of E-government in all regions and governments are not connected to be a net. The exchange and share of the information in E-government is not achieved in all organizations and departments. Since the web site of E-government can not by a system with powerful adaptability and vitality, the interactive exchanges and services among governments, enterprises and the public can not be achieved. However our central government pays the most attention to the construction of E-government. In order to speed up the development of E-government, some policies and rules have to be made public. For example, our state issued Strategies of information development in 2006-2020, E-government held second place in the 9 major strategies of our country. "The 11th 5-Year-Plan" overall planning and frameworks of E-government were planned and issued. Under such circumstances, our E-government is into a stage of vigorous development.Exit-Entry Administration belongs to central power. It is a part of state administration. It must adhere to principles of central power and uphold focus and unity. At present our state's Exit-Entry Administration patterns adhere to the central power. All Public Security services are authorized by central government to manage Exit-Entry. In order to combine Exit-Entry Administration and E-government, making them complementary and mutually benefit sectors is a subject which is studied in all Public Security services. This article is a study and exploration in how to combine the practical works of Exit-Entry Administration and the application of E-government. It is about finding new ways for Exit-Entry Administration in Liaoning.
