As a part of the social organization,the relationship between academic social groups and the state is great significance to study the relationship between the state and society.The healthy and stable development of academic social groups is inseparable from the support of the state.The strength of the state management also affects the autonomy level of the academic social groups.However,the game between the development of the community and the management of the country is not a simple shifting relationship.Under the authoritarian system of China,academic communities in China are hardly independent of the state,like some Western societies.In this case,it is necessary to think about a suitable path for the development of Chinese communities.The development curve of Chinese academic societies is roughly in line with the country's overall political and economic fluctuations.Under the ever-changing environment,the attributes and functions of academic societies become more clear.Under such circumstances,the country needs to further strengthen management skills.Taking the Shanghai Federation of Social Science as an example,it has a clear paternalistic style of management for the 166 institutes.It is a "dependent style" management model which involving laws,subjects,and party building.It lead the academic social organizations attached to the country to develop,the space for the use of their own academic appeared a certain degree of lack.“Corporatism” as a theory originating from the Western which study of the relations between the state and society,the study of Chinese academic societies needs to be based on the reality of localization research,and the relationship between the state and academic societies should be towards a better model.Under such a big direction,the state's management to academic societies should rely on a corporatist approach from “attached” management to “hub-type” management mode,and the state should properly decentralize power,establishing a hub organization,or clarify the roles of Shanghai Federation of Social Science.To build a development path for academic social groups,which from the “state corporatism” change to the “social corporatism,”such to enable the foundations and expand contacts between the state and academic social groups.
