On The Rational Supervision Of Judicial Activities By News Reports

Judicial activities are now attracting more and more attention,especially for some major judicial cases.After news media coverage,caused a huge public opinion in society.And once the media misleads the trend of public opinion,will have an adverse effect on the supervision of judicial activities.What problems do the news media report about judicial activities,and how to rationally supervise judicial activities is the focus of this paper.The main body of the paper is divided into three parts.The first part discusses the relationship between news reports and judicial activities,emphasize the particularity of the relationship between them.And,comparing the current Internet era what is the new challenge for both.The second part mainly analyzes the current status of judicial activities reported by the news media.Focuses on the issues in the judicial activities of news reports.The third part specifically analyzes the countermeasures of news media's rational supervision of judicial activities.Media and justice should not become natural contradictions,both are important forces for maintaining social fairness and justice.Only the news media rationally supervise judicial activities,can maintain the harmonious development of society.
