The Rise Of The Contemporary French National Front And Its Influence

In recent years,the re-emergence of extreme right-wing forces in Europe,the United States,and other countries in the world has become a major issue of concern in the international political arena.The extreme right-wing forces have always been characterized by extreme,conservative,and anti-democratic images and prevailed during the Second World War.However,it is worth thinking in the academic world when the forces of democracy have developed to this day.The French National Front Party is a typical symbol of the extreme right-wing forces.The National Front entered the second round of the French general election twice in 2002 and 2017 respectively.In France,a country that respects freedom and democracy,it is not only shocking that such an extremely high-right party has received such high support.In addition,the National Front has undergone a series of transformations and changes after Marina Le Pen took over in 2011.The performance of the 2017 National Elections also shows that these new changes are effective.After taking over the National Front,Marina Le Pen adopted a series of measures including the adjustment of new policy ideas,the use of new online media for publicity,normalization of the National Front,“going to demonize”,and at the same time,Le Pen continues to be old.Based on some of Le Pen's program policies,he proposed many party policies that are more timely and appealing to voters.This has caused widespread concern in the French academic community in recent years.Therefore,studying the transition of the "New National Front" and its understanding of the extreme right-wing forces in France and even in the world are of some reference significance.Secondly,this article focuses on the reasons for the reform of the National Front after Marine Le Pen took over the National Front.The rise and change of any power are related to the social and political environment in which it is located.During the Le Pen period,new issues such as immigration,employment,economic conditions,and social security in France were all new.The new changes in the National Front can be said to be targeted and fruitful.Finally,the new development of the National Front after the 2017 election and its influence on French politics and society are discussed in this paper.After the reform of Marina Le Pen,the National Front still continued its previous reforms in the general election,and it also exerted different degrees of influence on the traditional French party pattern,mainstream political parties,the ruling party's national policy,and the French public.
