On Mao Zedong's Thought Of Democratic Centralism And Its Contemporary Enlightenment

The first generation of central collective leadership wit h Comrade Mao Zedong as the core combined the Marxist Lenin ist theory about democratic centralism thought and China revo lution and construction and formed the principle and the bas ic system with Chinese characteristics,namely the Democrati c centralism.The Communist Party of China's democratic centr alism theory is an important part of the party's constructio n theory,and it is also an important theoretical achievemen t of Marxism in China.The Party pointed out in the sixth P lenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee that the d emocratic centralism is the basic organizational principle o f the party,and is an important institutional guarantee fo r the normal development of the party's political life.Th e application of democratic centralism is related to the fut ure and destiny of the party and the state.In the curren t situation,the party situation has undergone significant ch anges,we should inherit the development of democratic centra lism,find the source of new root,review of Mao Zedong's democratic centralism thought,analyze the ideological backg round,content and the deviation and reason,and get many i nspiration from reality,in order to go further on the roa d of democracy.The thesis includes two parts: introduction and main cont ent.The introduction mainly introduces the significance of t he topic,the current research situation and the research me thods.The main part of the thesis mainly involves four asp ects: first,to explore the theoretical origins of Mao Zedon g's democratic centralism thought,nature,status and role;second,from the aspects of organization construction,syste m construction and leadership and working methods of construc tion,to comb scientifically Mao Zedong's democratic centralis m thought content,and to better grasp of Mao Zedong's demo cratic centralism thought from the perspective of macro an d micro;third,to point out a variety of performance devia tion of Mao Zedong appeared in the later period of practic e and the reasons for his errors.The deviation of performa nce such as personal worship and the emergence of "big demo cracy" prevailed,and the emergence of the corresponding econ omic,political and cultural and personal factors such as su bjective and objective reasons;finally,according to the tw o sides of Mao Zedong's democratic centralism in the practic e experience,from the establishment of relations,properly h andle democracy with the centralized supervision mechanism rea sonably and effectively with the development of democratic ce ntralism and the reality enlightenment,standing on the "gian t" on the shoulders,continue to promote socialist democrac y in our country,finally realize the great rejuvenation o f the Chinese nation Chinese dream.
