The Law Enforcement Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Urban Administrative Administrative Law Enforcement

Since China's reform and opening up,with the rapid development of economy,the process of urbanization is amazing.The problem of city management is becoming more and more outstanding.In order to solve the problem of overlapping powers,the government established the city management department to concentrate the power of administrative punishment.However,at the beginning of the establishment of the city management department,there appeared legal disputes.Due to the imperfect legislation and management system,the phenomenon of violence against law and violence is often appeared in law enforcement,which becomes an unstable factor in building a harmonious society.It is important to straighten out and standardize the urban management system,improve the legal system,change the administrative concept,and strengthen the construction and improvement of the urban management system to ensure the enforcement of law.Starting from the process of urban management and law enforcement,this paper summarizes the development process of urban management law enforcement in China for more than 10 years.Summary of the city management and law enforcement in improving law enforcement system,improve the efficiency of law enforcement,maintaining the living environment has made remarkable achievements,but also found that the city management law enforcement and law enforcement is not strong,single means of public participation lead to many problems in law enforcement,law enforcement and other violence,and then through the multidimensional exploration,dig out the deep reasons behind,put forward to solve the problem of law enforcement of city management,city management and law enforcement to strengthen innovation,fully tap the city management and law enforcement of existing resources,the construction of a government assured satisfaction of the people and city management law enforcement team.To make a beautiful and harmonious city to make its own contribution.This paper takes Qingdao city outdoor advertising law enforcement as an example,combining the legitimacy theory and practice of law enforcement,in-depth research,put forward to improve and accelerate some feasible countermeasures of city management administrative enforcement of law in the process of promoting the reform of city management system.
