In recent years,with the transformation and upgrading of the social governance structure in China,the research on the concept of modern social governance has been increasing.Marxist historical materialism holds that the material decides the consciousness,the economic base determines the superstructure,the reform and opening up for 40 years,our country's economy and society has taken place the huge,profound change.Therefore,the transformation of social governance thinking,innovative governance concept is the inevitable requirement of modern national governance.The participation of social organizations in social governance is not only the proper meaning of modern social governance,but also the inherent requirement of mutual cooperation between government and society.Rural concentrated residential area is a new type of community formed in the process of urbanization,which is different from traditional agriculture.Village community is also different from modern urban community.It's a transitional form of rural community to urban community.Social organization's participation in rural centralized residential area governance is one of the ways to innovate social governance.It is necessary to have correct theoretical guidance for social organizations to participate in community governance.Marxist sociological thoughts and western sociological theories are the ideological source and theoretical basis of social organizations participating in community governance in China.The Marxist theory of social organization has laid a correct value orientation for the development of social organizations in China.Similarly,Marxist social needs,Social relations and other sociological thoughts provide important theoretical guidance for social organizations to participate in the governance of rural residential areas.The construction of rural concentrated residential area changes farmers' identity and the way of production and life.This series of changes.The community public service,community resident relationship and community autonomy in rural central residential areas have put forward higher requirements.In this process,the urbanization of people is the most essential problem,and the transformation of people's ideology and social relations is the key to measure the level of urbanization.Community governance in rural residential areas is not only to improve "hardware" facilities,but also to pay attention to human social relations and human development needs.The participation of social organizations in the governance of rural concentrated residential areas can help resolve community contradictions,build a positive atmosphere of tolerance,trust and cooperation within the community,and foster the autonomy of community residents.Participatory and other aspects have an important role that can not be ignored.Chengdu is an important central city in the western region.As a national experimental area for urban and rural development as a whole,Chengdu has been exploring the integration of urban and rural areas for more than 10 years.At the same time,the social organizations in Chengdu have developed rapidly in recent years,more and more social organizations participate in community governance.This paper takes the S community of high-tech west district of Chengdu as an example,through the method of participatory observation and semi-structured interview,this paper makes an observation and interview on the current situation of social organizations participating in the governance of rural concentrated residential areas,and analyzes the results of the investigation.At present,social organizations participate in the governance of rural concentrated residential areas The main areas of reason include the provision of public services,the construction of community relations,community autonomy and so on.However,the actual effect of social organizations participating in community governance is not obvious,the advantages of social organizations have not been well brought into play,and there are three difficulties: the relationship between grass-roots governments and social organizations.The social organization's own development predicament and the community resident's participation predicament.Faced with these problems,in order to improve the level of social organizations' participation in community governance,we must take the concept of modern governance as the guide,accelerate the transformation of government functions,construct a scientific and reasonable system and mechanism,and focus on promoting the professionalism of social organizations.
