Study On Community Work Of Living Environment Governance In Demolition And Relocation Of Old Residential District

After the 1990 s,China's urbanization level entered a stage of rapid development.The transformation of the old city and the expansion of the old city became the main way of urban development.Therefore,the demolition and resettlement communities with the purpose of resettling landless farmers have emerged.Different from the urban commercial housing community,the community attributes and internal structure of this kind of community have special characteristics,which makes the semi-administrative community governance model that exists in China have many incompatibility and functional disintegration when conducting community governance,leading to “governance type”.The problem is quite serious,especially the problem of living environment governance is more prominent.The original cognition and behavior habits of the demolition and resettlement community residents,the community management committee's lack of investment in community management methods and community property management,and the lack of investment in community hardware management led to the long-term existence of the old residential community.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on the living environment governance of this type of community and the professional governance experiment of social work.Based on the theory of superiority perspective and social capital theory,this study takes a typical demolition and resettlement old community X community as the research object,and uses participatory observation methods,questionnaire survey methods and other research methods to gain an in-depth understanding of the basic situation and governance status of the community.Pay attention to the living environment problems existing in the community,such as health conditions,greening conditions,public facilities,etc.,based on the analysis of the causes of community living environment problems and the in-depth exploration of the community and residents' existing advantageous resources,social workers adopt community development.The model conducts experiments on community living environment governance.In the project design,the overall target phased intervention method is adopted.The social workers formulate the mission objectives and process objectives according to the actual situation and the residents' needs,and the whole process is carried out in three stages,namely the resource exploration phase,the action phase and the effect consolidation.In the stage,through the formulation of mission objectives at different stages,rationally guide the community residents to participate in it,and use its superior resources to promote the realization of community mission objectives at a planned level.In the process of intervention,the social work professional methods and techniques are used to guide and cultivate the backbone of the community,mobilize community residents to participate in community activities,link external resources of the community,promote the rectification of community living environment issues,and achieve process goals.In this process,efforts are made to improve residents' ability to participate and self-government,foster mutual trust among residents,increase community social capital,deepen residents' sense of identity and belonging to the community,and promote the healthy operation of community governance.In the process of community social work,the process evaluation and result evaluation are accompanied,and the effect of community work intervention experiment is measured by assessing the improvement degree of community living environment,the participation attitude of community residents and the satisfaction of residents with the work of social workers.Finally,based on the exploration of the community development model intervention experiment,sum up the practical experience of social workers using the community development model to intervene in the old residential areas of demolition and resettlement types,such as the role of social workers in community work and the community development model in solving community problems.At the same time,rethinking the feasibility of social work embedded in community governance,such as strengthening the social workers' training system to enhance their ability to participate in community work,and cultivating community social organizations to increase social workers' community work.
