The Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Governance In Rural Concentrated Residential Areas In Pengzhou City,Sichuna Province

With the acceleration of urban-rural integration and the in-depth implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,rural concentrated residential areas are emerging.Difference from the traditional rural community,rural concentrated residential area is a new type of rural community.It refers to the concept of urban community in planning and construction,residential life,public service and other aspects.After concentrated residence,farmers have become "urbanized" in the form of living,but still follow the rural tradition in terms of ideas,living habits,expression of demands,neighborhood living and so on There are not suitable living scenes such as raising pigs downstairs and feeding chickens upstairs.Therefore,it is urgent to explore and innovate the community governance mode in rural areas,so as to enable farmers to adapt to the new lifestyle and living environment,to realize the orderly transformation from farmers to citizens,the smooth transition from rural areas to cities,and truly realize the integrated development of urban and rural areas.In this paper,first of all,using the relevant theories such as social capital and participatory governance,this paper puts forward the goal of community governance in rural concentrated residential areas to achieve good governance.Secondly,through field visits,interviews and exchanges,this paper comprehensively summarizes the current situation of community governance in rural agglomeration areas,sorts out the existing problems,and deeply analyzes the causes of the problems under the guidance of theory.Thirdly,draw lessons from the experience of rural community governance at home and abroad,draw inspiration from the comparative analysis.Finally,based on the actual situation of Pengzhou,in view of the existing problems,focus on improving the management mechanism,changing ideas,improving public services and other aspects,put forward new ideas of community governance reform in rural areas.Rural concentrated residential areas play a role of source governance in grass-roots social governance.This paper takes the community governance of rural concentrated residential areas as the main research content,from the aspects of insufficient construction of social participation and cooperation mechanism,underdeveloped social network,lack of public spirit of residents,weak social trust foundation and other aspects,to make a systematic analysis and in-depth discussion,in order to solve the problems of community governance in rural areas,and provide some suggestions for Chengdu and even the whole country Some useful references will contribute to the modernization of China's governance system and governance capacity.
