Research On The Concept Of Running A School In Primary And Secondary Schools In China

Philosophy of schooling embodies the spirit of the school culture, it is the rational knowledge and ideals of the development of school. Middle and primary school have its special education status, and its Philosophy of schooling is not be neglected in the research of school education.This paper first analyzed the meaning of the philosophy of schooling within the purview of middle and primary schools from the angle of organizational culture and it is the spiritual culture of school organization. Philosophy of schooling is required by the school organizational culture construction about middle and primary school. Next, this paper on the basis of sorting these collected philosophy of schooling of middle and primary schools studies their content, characteristics and influence factors. At last, to improve middle and primary school’s philosophy of schooling this paper puts forward four suggestions:first, thinking about the connotation of philosophy of schooling with building organizational culture as the principles; second, building the connotation of middle and primary school’s philosophy of schooling with the correct values and methods; third, forming the connotation of middle and primary school’s philosophy of schooling which is focused and characteristic and using a reasonable representation; fourth, middle and primary school should spread widely their philosophy of schooling.
