Shandong had reform on comprehensive curriculum of Liberal Arts in 2014. Its score has increased to 300 points from 240 points now and the score of history also increased to 100 points. The change of score explains the increasingly important position of history. With the deepening of curriculum reform, unified standard of the history textbook is not achieved.Among verified teaching materials, textbooks of the People's Educational Press and the Yuelu Press are used more frequently. In order to help schools choose proper textbooks, make students grasp knowledge more efficiently and provide advice on reducing burden, this thesis compares textbooks of these two presses, and combines the author's own educational practice and enlightenment of foreign history textbooks.This thesis is divided into five parts: introduction, body, conclusion, references and appendices.Part I is the introduction, including the research background and significance,the modern academic review, research methods?ideas and innovations.Part II is the main body, dividing into three chapters.The first chapter discusses the necessity of selection of teaching materials based on reform on comprehensive curriculum of Liberal Arts in Shandong college entrance examination in 2014 and it is divided into two sections. One is the change of reform on comprehensive curriculum of Liberal Arts in Shandong college entrance examination, especially manifested in two aspects:the change of structure and the change of value; the other is the specific uses of history textbook in the senior high school. The second chapter compares and summarizes the characteristics of four aspects in the system, text system, the auxiliary system of texts as well as the characteristics and the confusion, with particular emphasis on the research on the text system and auxiliary system. The third chapter mainly talks about the thoughts and suggestion,including goals of evaluating history textbooks and textbook choosing suggestions, pedagogical implications on our educational practice based on textbook comparison, pedagogical inspirations and suggestions of educational teaching practice based on uses of foreign history textbooks.The third part is the summary of this thesis. The author puts forward some suggestions from three aspects, the first is to integrate the teaching materials; the second is to construct reasonable knowledge structure; the last one is to be the excellent teachers.The last is the usages of references and appendices. The appendices include: high school history textbook usage; the unit title of Yuelu and PEP edition; middle school teacher interviews(Abstract). These contents provide a basis for the thesis.
