Balance function is a very important function of the body to maintain the whole body in a stable state and resistance to its own factors and the external force which may destroy the b-alance. It directly affects the normal movement function of the human body and the ability of daily activity. So the body balance ability is an important index for human body health. Body balance can be divided into static balance and dynamic balance. This paper focuses on the m-easurement of dynamic balance. Dynamic balance is to maintain posture by response to the movement of part or the whole body with various forces. It includes two aspects of content th-at the human body regains a steady state after an independent convert between positions and react to interference in a timely manner to maintain balance. A six-axis gyroscope accelerom-eter has been used to track the tilt angle of the balance board. STM32 takes charge of integrat-ing the data of gyroscope and accelerometer. After that, PC will receive the real-time data to display and store. This system takes the real-time angle obtained accurately as the parameters of the dynamic body balance ability evaluation. It can set a variety of measurement model, su-ch as active maintenance levels and swinging, state measurements with eyes opened and clos-ed, so that we can give a more comprehensive ev-aluation for the dynamic balance ability. Th-e results of selected indicators of the balancing test with the system are statistically significan-t. Balance standard deviation, the average angular velocity and other indicators show a good retest reliability. The paper also give the comprehensive evaluation method of dynamic follo-wing test, which need validate with scientific and rational method. Though,it’s necessary for t-he system to be supportted by more scientific and accurate database in terms of testing human balancing capabilities,it can be used as an auxiliary method in sports training and rehabilitati-on projects for the patients who are suffering from diseases related to dynamic equilibrium. We bilieve that the system will play an important role for the development of complete balan-cing measurement instrument.
