Objective:This paper based on the training to ordinary college students who have non sports training experience with Power Plate different frequency of vibration training and observe the change of balance ability and core stability.To find the best frequency of vibration training for them.Aimed to provide advice and theoretical support of Power Plate vibration training device used in the general population.Methods:In this study, no sports training experiences of college students as subjects, 42 subjects were randomly divided into three groups,I(30Hz vibration training group),?(40Hz vibration training group),?(50Hz vibration training group).Amplitude are the same(4mm).We use Biodex Balance System, Star Excursion Balance Tests,one minute sit-ups and side bridge test in three times(Before the experiment,after four weeks and after 8weeks).And then compare the change between three groups and improvement in each group.Results : 1.After 8 weeks vibration training, dynamic and static stability limit, single-foot stability, posture stability of the three groups have improved. 2.After 8 weeks vibration training, Star Excursion Balance Tests of three groups have improved. 3.After 8 weeks vibration training, one minute sit-ups and side bridge test of three groups were significantly improved. 4.Compared the results,no matter dynamic and static balance or core stability,50 Hz group are better than 30 Hz and 40 Hz group.Conclusions: 1.8 weeks vibration training can improve the dynamic and static balance, in a safety vibration training program, Power Plate 50 Hz are better than 30 Hz and 40 Hz vibration training. 2.8 weeks vibration training can improve core stability by improve muscle strength and nerve control.In a safe vibration training program,Power Plate 50 Hz are better than 30 Hz and 40 Hz vibration training. 3. 3 times one week vibration training can have a significant effect on general population who have no sports training experiences.
