Case teaching method is a teaching model that uses cases to carry out teaching.The teaching of Ideological and political course is more and more recognized by the teachers in the case teaching method.Case teaching method is conducive to enhance the cohesion of teaching situation and can give full play to the students subjective status and initiative.At the same time,as an opening teaching style,case teaching method is good to students to show themselves,and it also can improve the level of revealing and dealing with all kinds of problems connected to the study. Collective discussion of classroom is conducive to improving the level of students interpersonal communication.And it can improve the ability of expression.Last but not least,case teaching method is a big challenge to the traditional teaching style.In order to improve their ability,the teachers have to collect all kinds of cases and use the cases to make the teaching book.And to our students,they own the power and activity to study by themselves,and can know the study more vividly,and it is good to improve the class level. Case teaching method is beneficial to the construction of the ideological and political lesson,and vivid case can increase the interest of the classroom, break the past ideological and political lesson boring situation,and can play the role of Ideological and political education to guide the role of life, to increase its practicability.At the same time, in line with the needs of the new curriculum reform,students should play a subjective initiative, cooperative inquiry, training students to analyze the problem solving ability.Although the application of case teaching method in Ideological and political course is more and more concerned, it is still in the exploratory stage, there are few literature to introduce case teaching method in China.I think that is a pity to all the teacher.Because case teaching method is really not easy for them to use and try.So I want to make good things to this aspect.And I combined education practice experience with case method of teaching cognition.I have a research on teaching design guided by case teaching method.Based on the basic elements of instructional design, this paper focuses on the specific process of instructional design. This paper includes three parts:The first part is the teaching design idea and the design basis of "the power of the government: exercising in accordance with the law". The teaching design concept is the new standard of the objects.It respects that the students are the king of the class and so the teachers must respect them and regard them as the main key of the class.What is more,the teachers should open the class and give the class time their students and pay much attention to the practice of the students.And we can not neglect the importance of the guide,that is because our students are too young to know what is true and what is wrong. The teaching design of the frame is based on three aspects,namely, the interpretation of curriculum standards, the analysis of teaching materials and the analysis of learning situation.Through the first part, the basic theory of the teaching design is done, which lays the foundation for the concrete teaching design.The second part is the design process of "the power of the government: exercising in accordance with the law". It involves the provision of the class.It also involves thechoice of the case and how to use the case. It shows the instructional design of the frame problem presented.The last one is the evaluation.The third part are some problems which need more attention in the teaching of Ideological and political lesson guided by case teaching method.Pay attention to the case of authenticity and typicality is the first one and case set levels and targeted levels is the second aspect, besides,give full consideration to the cognitive level of the students is the third aspect. To optimize the case, pay attention to the choice of integration of teaching materials and teaching cases is the forth aspect,last but not least,the fifth aspect is to attach importance to summary of the nature of the case and to guide students to correctly summary the problems.
