Instructional design is one of the main part of teaching activity, teachers teach knowledge before its embodiment of creative and comprehensive ability, it is also an important step to optimize the teaching effect. To ensure the quality of teaching, teachers must pay attention to and play a role of instructional design of classroom teaching guidance. With modern teaching theory, transmission theory, the continuous development of education technology, teaching design gradually become teaching theory research and teaching practice to explore a major topic, more and more front-line teachers and education theory researchers’ concern and attention.High school thought political lesson is a thoughtful, have relatively strong political and theoretical subject, teachers need more carefully prepared before teaching, to analyze the teaching material, to strengthen the teaching design. Only so, can make the abstract theory into students easy to understand and accept the specific knowledge, to enhance attraction and appeal of education courses and effectiveness. Based on this concept, this paper integrated a number of high school education courses of first-line teachers teaching practice experience, the use of professional knowledge, education teaching of high school ideological and political compulsory 2 "the power of government, in accordance with law, exercise" box topic teaching design analysis and dissection, strive to build with characteristic of ideological and political discipline teaching design theory framework and operation mode.This thesis mainly analyze and research from the following several aspects:The first chapter "introduction". This chapter mainly explains the reason, the research present situation, the thesis framework, research methods and related concepts defined.The second chapter, "the teaching goal design". This chapter mainly explains the connotation of the teaching target and classification, analysis basis and analysis method of the teaching goal and the teaching goal of expression methods and expression.The third chapter "the teaching process design". This chapter mainly expounds the basic strategies for implementation of teaching activities: first learn case, selfpreparation; Questions to import, clear objectives; Case rev, questions to explore; Knowledge, deepen the understanding.The fourth chapter "teaching evaluation design" This chapter mainly explains the basic connotation and the basic orientation of teaching evaluation and students’ learning process evaluation, evaluation of learning results, evaluation of teachers’ teaching design.The fifth chapter "the basic principles of teaching design". In this chapter, on the basis of summing up the experience of teaching design, the main design should stick to the basic principles of interpretation teaching: one is to grasp the integrity of the "three dimensional goal", the second is to pay attention to the basic teaching material, the third it is to adhere to the principle of teaching methods, the fourth is to pay attention to the continuous improvement of the teaching design.
