With the continuous development of international curriculum reform,the empowerment of teachers' teaching power has gradually become an important trend of reform,and has gradually become the focus of many experts and scholars.Preschool education specialty is also deeply influenced by the international curriculum reform,and kindergarten teachers' teaching power has gradually attracted much attention.The empowerment of kindergarten teachers' teaching power not only contributes to teachers' professional development,but also improves teachers' psychological efficacy and establishes teaching self-confidence.The effective exercise of kindergarten teachers' teaching power is not only conducive to the improvement of teaching quality,but also to the sustainable development of kindergarten teaching and ultimately to the promotion of children's development.However,the current research on kindergarten teachers' teaching power is relatively scarce compared with that of primary and secondary school teachers,and the basic theory and current situation of kindergarten teachers' teaching power are lack of detailed and in-depth discussion and research.Therefore,this study combines the existing research to analyze the basic theory of kindergarten teachers' teaching power in depth,and to explore the reality of its existence,analyze the influencing factors of power,on this basis,put forward corresponding suggestions.This research takes kindergarten teacher's teaching power as the research content,combs the basic theory of kindergarten teacher's teaching power with observation and interview,analyses and discusses the foundation of kindergarten teacher's teaching power,and inspects the reality of S kindergarten teacher's teaching power by observing and interviewing S kindergarten teacher,and points out the influencing factors.Analysis,put forward effective suggestions to enhance the teaching power of kindergarten teachers.Most kindergarten teachers have appropriate teaching power in the granting of teaching power to S kindergarten teachers,but in the types of teaching power,kindergarten teachers are given different powers.The power of kindergarten teachers in teaching design is not balanced and the power space is limited;the power of teaching management is polarized;the power of teaching evaluation is fully endowed and the power is recognized.In the course of exercising,the power of instructional design is in good condition;the space of exercising the power ofinstructional management is limited;and the power of instructional evaluation is executed efficiently.Influencing factors of kindergarten teachers' empowerment and exercise of teaching power mainly include kindergarten factors and kindergarten teachers.Kindergarten factors include kindergarten management system which affects the self-orientation of teachers' empowerment and exercise of power,and the conditions of kindergarten's power realization restrict the empowerment and exercise of teaching power.Teachers' factors include teachers' conformity,attitudes towards empowerment and exercise of power,and the effectiveness of teachers' teaching execution,which affects the scope of empowerment and exercise of teaching power.In view of the above factors,the following suggestions are put forward to enhance the empowerment and exercise of kindergarten teachers' teaching power: kindergartens provide standardized management system to support teaching power;kindergartens give space for the realization of power to enable the effective operation of teaching power;kindergarten teachers enhance their own teaching execution ability and strive for empowerment opportunities;kindergarten teachers enhance the awareness of teaching power and build it.Establish self-confidence in teaching.
