Case teaching method is a kind of teaching mode that uses cases to teach.The teaching of Ideological and political course guided by case teaching method is more and more recognized by front-line teachers.Case teaching method is conducive to enhancing the interesting and authenticity of teaching situation and enhancing the cohesion of classroom;at the same time,as a dynamic and open teaching method,it is conducive to giving full play to students' subjective status and initiative,improving students' self-identity and confidence in analyzing problems;collective discussion-style classroom communication is conducive to improving students' interpersonal communication level and improving their verbal expression ability.Finally,case teaching method is an optimization and upgrading of traditional teaching.Teachers need to collect case materials and compile teaching plans to improve teachers' awareness of integrating theory with practice.Students also learn actively from the original passive learning,deepen their understanding of knowledge,and improve classroom teaching efficiency.These advantages of case teaching method are beneficial to the construction of Ideological and political disciplines,vivid cases can increase the interest of the classroom,break the boring situation of Ideological and political lessons in the past,can play the role of Ideological and political lessons in guiding life and increase its practicability;at the same time,it meets the needs of the new curriculum reform,gives full play to students' subjective initiative,cooperates in exploring,and cultivates students' ability to analyze and solve problems.Although the application of case teaching method in Ideological and political lessons has attracted much attention,its application is not particularly wide,and there are few documents.Therefore,the author combines his own experience of teaching practice and the recognition of case teaching method,and takes "the function of government: management and service" in Political Life as an example,carries out the teaching design research guided by case teaching method.It pays attention to the application of case teaching method and the implementation of various parts of teaching design,and strives to perfect the combination of the two.According to the basic elements of instructional design and the design process ofcase teaching method,this paper focuses on the development of the specific process of instructional design,which includes three parts:The first chapter is about the teaching design concept and basis of "the function of government: management and service".The teaching design concept of the frame question is the new curriculum standard concept,which pays attention to the guidance of the ideological and political direction,adheres to the activity-oriented curriculum with the cultivation of core discipline literacy as the leading factor,grasps the law of students' physical and mental development,improves the teaching methods,and establishes the evaluation mechanism to promote the development of core discipline literacy of students;the teaching design of the frame question is based on the interpretation of curriculum standards,the analysis of teaching materials,and so on.The learning situation and the use of case teaching method,and the meaning of case teaching method,as well as the characteristics of case teaching method,the feasibility of case teaching method,operation process are discussed.Through the first part,we can do a good job of basic theoretical work for teaching design and lay a foundation for specific teaching design.The second chapter is the case teaching design process of "Government's function: management and service".The preparation stage of case teaching: the analysis and design of core literacy teaching objectives and the choice of teaching content and methods;the case selection stage;the specific implementation stage of case teaching;and finally,the summary and evaluation stage of case teaching,respectively,to evaluate teachers and students.The third chapter is the reflection on the case teaching design of Ideological and political teaching.First,the case selection should pay attention to its typicality,authenticity,pertinence,novelty and discussion.Secondly,the setting of case problems should conform to the students' cognitive level,achieve teaching objectives and inspire students.Finally,we should pay attention to the sublimation of cases in the teaching process and after-class practice.
