In the 21 st century, with the all-round development of the cause of world economy and culture, is becoming more and more frequent international exchange activities, cheerleading, this emerging sports was introduced into China in a short span of more than ten years and got rapid development, each cheerleading team gymnastics athletes technical and tactical level enhances unceasingly, the athletes physical quality gap between more and more small, in order to get good results in the increasingly fierce competition, the pre-match psychological state becomes the key factor. College athletes is different from the professional athletes in university, under the double pressure from school and sports competition, thus affecting the university red cheerleading gymnast's pre-race is very necessary to study the anxiety factors.This paper uses Ye Ping Dr CCTAI- 2 psychological anxiety measuring tool, to participate in the 2015 national student the championship and 2015 Chinese college students of all star cheerling hold part of the championship athlete as investigation object, uses the literature material method, psychological measurement method, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis, logical analysis, from the different dimensions of ordinary colleges and universities pom-poms cheerleading gymnast pre-match anxiety characteristics and influencing factors were analyzed, and reveal red and gymnast pre-match anxiety related factors, for cherrleading gymnast mental skills training to provide theoretical reference and basis. The results show that:1 Anxiety, social evaluation, game preparation anxiety, anxiety, anxiety and other failure strength competitive level play anxiety for red cherrleading gymnast competition level influence is obvious.2 Compared with norm analysis, a cheerleading pom gymnast in common colleges and universities in sports six dimensions of cognitive trait anxiety were higher than norm in China. Suggest that the coaches in the usual training, strengthen the psychological quality of players in the appropriate state of mind before the game.3 Ordinary university during which the athletes of different age, sports level and cultural level, fixed number of year of the sports training, the results of the competition of athletes in sports related dimensions of cognitive trait anxiety has significant difference; Have no significant difference between different gender sports.4 Sports level is higher, the results of the competition, the more good players, social evaluation anxiety level is higher; Age is smaller, the shorter the sports life of athletes, the lower level of culture, the competitive level play anxiety level is higher; The shorter the training of athletes, the other strength anxiety level is higher; Age is smaller, the shorter the fixed number of year of the sports training of athletes, the games preparation anxiety level is higher; The results of the competition of medium of athletes, failure anxiety level is higher; Sports level is higher, the results of the competition, the more good players injured, the higher the anxiety.Based on the characteristics of cheerleading gymnast pre-match anxiety some Suggestions:1 Coaches, to attach importance to the cultivation of the psychological quality of athletes, to know every player's cognitive anxiety level, which can adjust the pertinence. In training guide students to establish positive mental orientation, develop the self-confidence, athletes establishing good proper motivation. Master certain pre-match anxiety adjustment method, flexible use before the competition, adjust the best competitive state.2 Coaches should participate in more professional training in the project, understand the project of the latest developments and the rules change, enhance the professional sensitivity and training to master the advanced teaching methods, constantly improve their professional quality and creativity of la-la-la exercise routines and organization ability.3 Combined with motion and athletes in training body diversity, scientific and reasonable arrangement of training content and load intensity, Prevention of sports injury, especially the training of long, sports high level athletes to strengthen the professional training, easy injury parts and athletes to master the necessary sports injury treatment, prevent injury aggravated. in the development of special technology and physical quality at the same time, in music, dance, artistic expression, such as training, improve the athlete's comprehensive competitive ability.4 To strengthen the construction of team cohesion, enhance the operation team members of the collective consciousness and the risk and the sense of responsibility, pay attention to the development of team solidarity, mutual trust, enhance players in achievement constantly breakthroughs of the collective sense of belonging and identity, meet the needs of athletes success, enhance self-confidence.5 Schools should provide necessary material guarantee for student training, improve facilities, support for students to go out, play more, accumulated rich experience; According to the other athletes, reasonable arrangement of literacy class learning, provide guarantee for the all-round development of student athletes.6 Athletes should strengthen own construction improve themselves, improve their comprehensive quality.
