Anxiety Level Of Youth Soccer Players And Its Influencing Factors

In this paper, the "state-trait anxiety inventory"was used to inquireand analyze the state and trait anxiety level of Liaoning provincehobbledehoy football players .The results of the research shows that theplayers'anxiety level from the different position on the court and thedifferent level teams have a significance difference. The state anxiety ofthe fullback is higher than the midfield players; the trait anxiety of themidfield and fullback is higher than the forward. The contrast of the anxietylevel of different teams shows that the older team has a more steady anxietylevel than the younger team. According to the research, in this paper, aself-edited anxiety influencing-factor inventory was used as its'reliability and validity was confirmed. Adopting factor analysis, thispaper discussed the influence factors to the sports anxiety of the footballplayers and reveal the reason of the their different anxiety level, theresult showers that training factor ,self factor,psychology factor ,others-influence factor and education factor have a significance influenceto the anxiety level of the players, and which will benefit to the playersselection and sport anxiety control. Basing analyze the players anxietylevel and its'influence factor, the article also give some method abouthow to control the sport anxiety of the football players, which will do goodto the sports training and physical education.
