Creative art of children is an art activity,which combines new concepts with new ideas and has various activity types.In children's art training institutions outside school,children's creative art is an activity focusing on developing childrens divergent thinking and creative awareness.Children are generally considered to be in the golden age of creativityat the age of fiveto six years old.Most children during this period perform excellently in their painting works.while teaching children during this period,art training institutions outside school should pay more attention to protecting their creativity.The author's university is located in Ji'nan, a spring city. After a long-term research and being a part-time teacher in children's art training institutions outside school, the author finds something worth our thinking. Actually, in many training institutions, the creative art curriculum is not committed to the substance of creative art. In the process of teaching creative art, many institutions are faced with some problems. For example, they don't have a clear picture of creative art curriculum and some teachers' lessons are similar to children's simple drawing class.What's more, some teachers adopt model painting and instilling-teaching style,which partly leads to students' similar works. In view of these questions, the author proposes the constructive opinion and the design plans of the creative art curriculum.This paper consists of four chapters:The first chapter mainly defines creativity, creative arts, outside school children's creative art education. It describes that the children's creative arts in this thesis is focus on children's creation of new ideas and concepts in art activities. Creative art advocates from the experience world of children, to encourage children to vent their emotions in art activities, and mainly adopts the teaching method of “teacher- guidance and student- dominance”.The second chapter mainly investigates and summarizes the general situation of the establishment of the outside school art training institutions for children in Ji'nan area. And finally obtains the characteristics of Ji'nan area and it finally concludes that training institutions in Ji'nan are various in quantity and quality. In the development form, there are mainly professional large chain training institutions, comprehensive large-scale chain training institutions, individuals-operating small scale arts training class and arts training class in small dining table. In the teaching mode, there are mainly transfer- accept, instill- guide and guide-discovery. In the teaching organization form, small class teaching was mainly used. Interms of teachers, the teachers level is uneven, individual founded small training institutions lack of formal pre-service training.The third chapter is the main part of this thesis. The author mainly starts from the four establish forms of the training institutions, and investigates the creative arts curriculum design,implementation and evaluation respectively in outside school children art training institutions of Ji'nan, and put forward suggestions to the problems existing in creative art courses. In curriculum design, the author mainly investigates from the curriculum's design body, following mode, content, evaluation, etc. and finally can find that in large training institutions, they set up specialized curriculum research and development department, and the course content, the curriculum evaluation systems are relatively mature; while in small training institutions, there are a large number of part-time teachers in a "bring own courseware to class and finish class immediately go" state. It is difficult to guarantee the quality of curriculum design. In Curriculum implementation, the author mainly investigates if the curriculum implementation strictly complied with the curriculum design and curriculum implementation process and applied strategies, approaches and methods. It draws the conclusion: the experienced outstanding teachers in some large training institutions really practiced the requests of creative arts courses,but teachers in most of the art training institutions in the market still use the traditional infuse-teaching style. In curriculum evaluation, large training institutions mainly use teacher self-evaluation, peer evaluation, evaluation of principals, students and parents involved evaluation, while small training institutions lack of curriculum evaluation process or only have the teacher self-evaluation. Finally, in view of the problems in implementation of 5-6 years old children's creative arts curriculum, the author gives the suggestion that improving the level of teachers, increasing the generation of curriculum, diversifying teaching organization forms,curriculum implementation ways and teaching methods, paying attention to students' creative process in evaluation of the works.Chapter four is the last chapter of this thesis, the author combines the investigation of excellent courses in various training institutions and her own teaching experience, comes up with a selection of curriculum content and design scheme for 5-6 years old children's creative art.
