Research On Contemporary College Students' Beliefs And Their Educational Countermeasures

Since reform and opening, belief has been concerned as a hot issue. Faith is the core of college students'personality tendencies, it relates to the nation's future and the healthy growth of college students. College students as the higher-education groups are sensitive to social changes, in a sense their beliefs condition can reflect the track of social changes and people's psychological scope from the reform and development, Contemporary college students beliefs demands have risen up, and they are in a critical stage of faith formation, keeping and change. One chooses to pursue which faiths, which will determine their level and affect individual practice and spiritual life fundamentally. Therefore, in the social transition period, to study the issue of belief in contemporary college students, not only is the urgent requirement of the current ideological and political education, but also is a difficult task for the new situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics faith remodeling. Understanding and grasping the contemporary college students'belief formation process and regularity, through the analysis of problems existing in the contemporary college students belief and reason problems and the reasons of contemporary college students' belief exists to help develop scientific and rational education countermeasures.It focuses on analyzing the problems and reasons of the contemporary college students' beliefs, combined with the process of faith formation, and on this basis, summed up the contemporary belief of students formation and its characteristics to provide appropriate measures for the belief education of contemporary college students. Papers selected Southwest Petroleum University as sample, through simple random sampling to launch questionnaire survey, and referring to the existing data and survey results, it is concluded that most of the contemporary college students' belief mainstream is positive, reasonable and healthy, but there are some students who are lack of belief, faith confusion, the Marxism faith weakening, vulgar and non-scientific belief, faith seeking profit and other issues, these problems seriously affect the contemporary university students to pursue spiritual beliefs, and even lead to a certain crisis of faith. The paper is on the basis of the formation process of contemporary college students beliefs and laws, combined with the principle of belief education, to put forward the corresponding countermeasures for contemporary college students belief education, from the social environment, school education, family education and college students' own factors to put forward the basic belief education countermeasures of the contemporary college students.
