The Chinese Ministry of Education issued the "education informatization ten year development plan(2011-2020)", marking the new Chinese education information era has begun. Education is the essential problem for the Chinese adolescent, and for the development of the country. Teaching is the central task of school education, improve the information development of teaching administration is very important for the whole Chinese education's reformation and development.This paper introduces the informatization in the social and cultural background, summaries the research of the informatization of teaching administration.The first chapter mainly expounds the theoretical basis of informatization of teaching administration, describes the several main theories which are supporting the informatization of teaching administration in details, and explains the support the theories are holding. The main theories intend the directed instruction and the constructivism. The main principals are the comprehensive education idea, the systematic education,students-centered education and the total optimization idea.The second chapter mainly introduces the research of the G high school's development on informatization of teaching administration, take the G high school as a case study to research the problem and accomplishment of the informatization of high school teaching administration. Investigated the G high school teachers, took some of them as sample, in questionnaires and interview to understand and analyze the development of the G high school's informatization of teaching administration, found the accomplishments and problems. The G high school's informatization of teaching administration has made some achievements: built the electronic administration platform for teaching administration, the resource database of teaching. But we also found many problems like, the administration platform is not stable and hard to use, the teaching resources are insufficient or of poor quality, the lack of teaching evaluation system.The third chapter mainly summarizes the experience and explores the innovation mode of teaching management information. Through the analysis of the problems in the development of G high school teaching management information, summed up the way to solve the problem, on this basis to explore the corresponding mode of teaching management information in ordinary high school. Mainly through the improvement of the teaching management information system platform, the construction of excellent teaching resources information database, teaching evaluation system of information management procedures to solve one by one.
