| With the rapid development of information technology and global economy,the development of education modernization in China is also facing great challenges and opportunities.The application of information technology in the field of education will change the traditional way of education management.With regard to the development of education informatization in China,the Ministry of Education has formulated many development strategic goals.Among them,the " Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan " has proposed to build a networked,digital,intelligent and personalized education system and an " Internet + Education " platform,focusing on the new needs of talent training in the new era,and comprehensively improving the information application level and information literacy of teachers and students.Education management informatization is an inevitable requirement for schools to move towards education modernization,and education informatization leads the modernization of school governance.In recent years,China has built a favorable environment for schools to carry out education informatization construction.Junior high schools in various regions are actively exploring new ideas and methods for education management informatization construction.The development of education management informatization in junior high school helps to improve the management level of school administrators,helps to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of schools,and conforms to the new requirements of education reform in the new era.At present,the informatization construction of junior middle school education management in China has achieved some results.Therefore,based on the detailed investigation of the informatization construction of junior high school education management in Y District of S City,it is found that there are some problems in the informatization construction of junior high school education management.Through research and analysis,the main problems are the lack of teachers ’ information equipment operation ability;the informatization leadership of school administrators is not high;the school lacks the incentive and supervision mechanism of educational informatization;lack of information technology training.In view of these problems,practical countermeasures are put forward.In terms of ideology,it is necessary to strengthen the in-depth cognition of school administrators and teachers on the informatization of educational management.In the construction of professional talent team,we should strengthen the training of information technology talents,increase the number of information technology-related training and refine the training content,and improve the operation ability of teachers ’ information equipment.In terms of home-school co-education and capital investment,schools should strengthen the publicity of the concept of educational informatization and guide parents and enterprises to actively participate in the construction of school education management informatization.In terms of education management information system,we should deepen reform,strengthen data management between different departments of the school,eliminate the data gap,and establish and improve the incentive and supervision mechanism of education information. |
