"New Curriculum Reform" has gone through a stormy course for more than ten years. In this process, effective instructional theory has enjoyed popular support increasingly. And it also has become one of the main tasks of the new curriculum reform to update the concepts and change the ways of teaching and learning. At the stage of junior high school, it is particularly important to cultivate students' self-learning abilities and good preview habits.This process needs self-study and training while the self-study and training also need the help of carriers. After a long-term exploration, Author's school created and designed the list of teaching tools of mathematics class in order to guide students' learning by problems. Combining with own teaching and practice, taking the junior middle school mathematics classroom teaching as the carrier,the author carries on a system research on the correlation theory, the design and the usage of the effectiveness of the list of teaching tools of mathematics class.This paper is divided into four chapters: Chapter I raises questions, and analyzes the background, meaning, current situation to study of the effectiveness of this issue that the list of teaching tools of mathematics class is applied. Chapter II makes a theoretical analysis of this subject and uncovers the meaning and composition of the list of teaching tools. It states the significance of structuring teaching and effectiveness. It also illuminates the theoretical significance of the constructivism, learner autonomy theory, the target-lead teaching theories and cooperative learning theory. After reaching the current situation of the effective utility of the list of teaching tools by questionnaire survey interview, Chapter III summarizes the problems that appears in the design and using by making a statistic and analysis of survey data. According to the condition of survey and problems which is encountered in practical teaching, Chapter IV analyzes and integrates the principle, strategy, idea, requirement and improvement measure that should be abide by effective design of the list of teaching tools of mathematics class after accessing relevant information. According to the analysis of survey result, puts forward the operating requirements of the list of teaching tools of mathematics class, analyzes the characteristics of various kinds of lesson type, and puts forward suggestions on the implementation of the effectiveness of different classes.This paper, regarding teaching theories of modern education and teaching as guidelines, uses documentary analysis and case analysis method to state the theoretical basis,design philosophy, design principle and design strategy of the effectiveness of the application of mathematics classroom teaching tools. By learning about the factors which influence the effective utility of the list of teaching tools of mathematics class and analyzing the survey data, this paper also puts forward the improvement measures.The characteristics of this paper: first, it considers question guiding theory as a guide; secondly, it is based on the previous studies; thirdly, it analyzes the design principle and design strategy of the mathematics classroom instruction on the basis of analysis of them by specific examples, questionnaire and interview. In order to make the list of teaching tools of mathematics class become more effective in teaching, this paper puts forward operating requirements of question-guided evaluating list, question-generated evaluating list and question-trained evaluating sheet, and it puts forward rational measures of various kinds of lesson type, which should be said that it has powerful practical guiding significance.
