Research On Sports Organization Form Of Hunan Province Demonstrative High School

Physical education is not only a very important part of school education, but also the base of sports of our country, astrategic key point of developing socialism sports career of our country. "The Notice about Furthering Development of School Physical. Education" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China points out that school physical education should be taken as the strategic point. "The Decision of State Council about furthering education reform and promote quality education" also points: the healthy body is the prerequisite for the teenagers who serve our country and people. It also stands for the vigorous vitality of the Chinese nation. So, as this, the study of the organization form of demonstrative high school in Hunan's ordinary high school makes great sense to promote lasting healthy development of sport education in Hunan's secondary school.This thesis studies the situation of organization form of Hunan demonstrative ordinary high school that combines with historical literatures, questionnaires, statistical methods, observation and logic conclusion, and that refers to the education, teaching thesis, organizations etc. the findings show: the Hunan demonstrative ordinary high schools attach more and more importance to the sports. Since the establishment of sports working team, the sport work charged by the teaching and research team alone turns to the deputy headmaster in charge of the sports works and other sections taken part in it cooperatively. However, sports courses take mainly on the form of class as yet. What's more, there are many students ina class and the physique, interests, sport motivations are different. It makes it impossible to teach every student according to their personality. Though the sport teachers prefer to small classes, the organization form is still very simple. There are two main causes that affect the diversity of organization form of school sport. There are too many students and the absence of sport space and equipment. Concerning the extracurricular activities, on the one hand, the students think it is very boring and do it passively because the form of morning exercises and the exercises during classes is too simple and dull. As a result, we fail to attain the goal of morning exercises. On the other hand, for the afternoon exercises after class, sport clubs and sport association, it is not mature yet. So, the organization form of extracurricular sport training mainly in the schools which have traditional sport items and which activate sports reserve force. The training carried out on the form of school team and the concentrate training team before the college entrance exam. The students who are good at sports are mostly sent to sport college and high standard sport team in colleges.
