Reading is the joint point of reading and writing, and it is important component of Language Arts. In theory, the implementation and evaluation of Chinese curriculum are made on the basis of curriculum standard, Textbook and students' situation. But in practice are drawbacks: Many teachers are not aware of object, causing the reading teaching to fall into the ossified patternizing track. The test is considered the bellwether stock on reading teaching. In fact, teaching is closely associated with evaluation. And the reading examination reform is a key of the language. The object of this paper extends to Chinese exam papers from Jinan five areas: Lixia, Licheng, Tianqiao, Huaiyin, and Shizhong in June 2015. The author tries to use three methods of text analysis method, comparison research, and keywords frequency statistics with thirty samples. Afterward, the condition is reviewed in detail and the statistic data is analyzed comparatively. Analysis is presented with the issues and provided for advanced reform.This study includes five parts:The first part introduces the origin and meaning of the selected topic, methodology, literature review.Chapter two concerns itself with the suggestion of proposit. First, it writes up the reading of "The standard of Chinese curriculum in full-time compulsory education(experiment draft)" in reading approach, knowledge and attitude. Next, it summarizes the most arresting feature in help reading system of PEP textbook, and gives an illustration.The third part describes the main status, and then introduces statistical data of papers, included test centers, instructions, question types. Lift a few, this part analyses the characteristics of each region. Then it compares the similarities and differences between regions.On the basis of division of examination question, the fourth part compares the difference between it and standard. And this part pulls together the reading tips of help-reading system, and accords it with examination questions. According the result of research, the study gives the evaluation of Jinan's exam paper. Their advantages and shortages are summarized at the end of the chaper.To compare with the new curriculum standards and textbook, the Chinese exam paper has some questions and the reason exists to our design evaluations use in carries on the analysis. Chapter five explains the dilemma of the reading test and suggests solutions.
