Investigation still shows, psychological obstacles and problems in interpersonal interaction reciprocal causation.Interpersonal communication is the way of interpersonal relationships,the cause of the interpersonal communication problem is the direct cause of the change of interpersonal relationship,interpersonal relationship is the interpersonal motion states and one measure of index,interpersonal relationship imbalance on interpersonal communication with "red light" warning function,interpersonal relationship is the individual self and other's interaction of an embodiment .
