Content:Supported employment is one of the main employ mental pattern for the person in the intellectual of international community and development disability.In October 2014,the intelligence and developmental disabilities supported type vocational education conference was held in Beijing.According to the proportion of employment regulation and related laws in our country protection policy,the international labor organization with Chinese education institute and related units selected 12 special education school as the environment participate of supported employment.In these 12 special education school as the experimental unit project,carry out support type exploratory experimental research on vocational education pattern,promote the development of intellectual disabilities supported employment.In our country,although the establishment of the factory is just offering job to normal people,for the mental retardation student we should first solve their mental retardation problems.The limitations of our protected employment also highlighted with the development of the society especially,mental retardation students employment problem of the new trouble,must search for new employment,the implementation of the new mental retardation students vocational education model.This research use individual-case study,literature investigation,questionnaire interview and more methods to the objective.the support type mental retardation students under the background of vocational education employment status qua,analysis of support type intellectual disabilities students successful employment under the background of vocational education,mild-to-moderate mental retardation students problems in employment,education,and put forward effective countermeasures.Through the analysis and research,the author found that support type mental retardation students under the background of vocational education pre-service job ready,pointed,individualized career transition plan provided by comprehensive support system,to promote mental retardation students successful employment.Mental retardation students,however,is influenced by its own factors in the process of employment,and there is support for vocational education pattern of propaganda is not enough,lack of professional guidance,parents attitude problem such as swing.The paper put forward to support employment pattern of propaganda,change the idea of mental retardation students' parents,to strengthen the professional guidance personnel,improve the professional quality of employment instructors and other countermeasures.
