The party and the government are paying more and more attention to special education and extending special education to preschool education and higher vocational education on the basis of consolidating nine-year compulsory education.Vocational education for persons with disabilities is an important part of the special education system.Since vocational education for persons with disabilities started later than general vocational education and lacks a mature model of vocational advice for persons with disabilities,most Peizhi schools copy the general vocational education model and offer intellectual disabilities.Vocational education,because of poor pertinence,vocational education is not effective.Overcoming the shortcomings of the existing vocational education model for mentally handicapped persons,it is imperative to reform the education model to carry out targeted vocational education according to the physical and mental characteristics of mentally handicapped students,and to improve the vocational education effect of intellectually handicapped students.In order to gain a deeper understanding of the current situation of the current vocational education model for students with intellectual disabilities,to find out the existing problems and to sum up experience,we selected the Q schools that are in the forefront of the national vocational education for students with intellectual disabilities and put forward the model of "single industry integration" as the research object Interview method,supplemented by observation method and physical analysis method.First of all,the study describes the "double-industry integration" model of vocational education for students with intellectual disabilities in Q school from three aspects:the original intention of model construction,analysis of the meaning of the model,and the achievements of Q school vocational education.Secondly,from the four levels of schools,enterprises,parents of students,and students with intellectual disabilities,an analysis of the "double industry in one" model of vocational education for students with intellectual disabilities.Once again,the research results are integrated,and a comprehensive analysis and discussion under the four major visual thresholds are carried out on the six points of vocational education teachers,vocational education courses,vocational education evaluation,vocational education quality,school-enterprise cooperation and home-school cooperation,and six points are drawn.Research conclusion:The vocational education of Q-school students with intellectual disabilities under the "double-industry integration" model has a serious attitude towards teachers,and the teaching team still needs to be strengthened and optimized;the integration of twelve years of courses,the penetration of vocational education needs to be strengthened;Flexible,the assessment criteria are not rigorous and simple;the employment rate of students with intellectual disabilities is high,and the quality of employment needs to be further improved;the attitude of acceptance affects the depth of school-enterprise cooperation;educational ability affects the effectiveness of home-school cooperation.In the future,it is necessary to establish a standardized training mechanism by expanding and optimizing the teaching staff of vocational education;adding professional ethics and legal courses to enhance the penetration of vocational education;updating the evaluation concept of vocational education and standardizing the evaluation standards;expanding student employment channels and improving the quality of employment;Stimulate the motivation of school-enterprise cooperation,establish a long-term cooperation mechanism;strengthen the concept of home-school cooperation,establish a home-school cooperation organization and other six aspects to improve the "double industry integration" model of vocational education for students with intellectual disabilities.
