Early childhood science education is receiving attention of domestic education,which also means that teachers organize and guide behavior in early childhood science education activities to be more scientific and educational.Learned by practice of observation can now cultivate children learn scientific knowledge activities are the focus of kindergarten,but there is a certain degree of difficulty to carry out the implementation of scientific activities,teachers in the organization and guidance is still insufficient.The researchers recommend further study of this science to improve child care activities.In this study,I select the "middle kindergarten student in the organization and guidance research of science education activities" as the breakthrough point.I went to kindergarten to do in-depth observe and record and to do theory study.I comb and classify the materials that have been collected,after which the relevant suggestions are put forward in the organization and guidance to promote the development of child science education.This study mainly uses the observation method and interview method,and the literature as a auxiliary method.Through observing and recording the scientific activities of a middle kindergarten class in Dalian,I have collected a large number of original data and known the present situation of the kindergarten science activities.Interviewing and communicating with the teacher after the activity,I timely know the targets and forms of the teacher's organization and guidance behavior.The collected data were summarized and then I analyze and summarize the basis on selecting the objectives and contents selection of the teacher and the preparation of the material before the activity and the forms of organizing the scientific activity.I summarize the types of guidance from the teacher and make a compare among those types.At the same time,teachers are lack of experience in scientific activities and there are some problems to them.The researchers put forward some corresponding suggestions according to the research results.Research shows that teachers many deficiencies in the organization and guidance of scientific activities.On the organization of scientific activity goals overemphasize children's interest while ignoring the teaching goals;too rich choice of content,not according to children's age and ability to comprehend to choose.Excess material prepared before the event,in the event of insufficient scientific method and ability to grasp.Summed up in the observation record,the instructor scientific activities are divided into three types:explain the observed pattern,operational guidance,inquiry learning.When guidance for each type of characteristics summarized identify and point out the following two questions.First,the science teacher to guide the activities of the center and the children's ability to ignore practice;the second is in the scientific activities of teachers can not be timely reflection.This study presents recommendations for the above two issues and solutions to improve teachers' organizations and the guidance of scientific activities,teachers' organizations the right target scientific activities,content and ready to do science activities;strengthen guidance in question the ability to choose the right guide way and the correct guidance and differentiated children;and finally strengthening teacher reflection after the activity.Teachers and guidance to improve organizational behavior in scientific activities.
