Research On The Content Design Of The Textbook "Jumping Rope" In Physical Education Major

Rope skipping is a sport which is popular among the young people and the people. It has a long history and a broad mass base in China. On the basis of the "12th Five Year Plan", the paper started the construction of school based curriculum in the National College of physical education in China. This paper aims to develop the theory and practice teaching material for the purpose of improving and enriching the teaching material. The purpose of this paper is to develop the theory and practice of the special style.This research mainly uses the literature data method, understands and grasps the rope skipping exercise the present situation and the development, and analyzes the present situation and the characteristic and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing rope skipping exercise teaching material. Using expert interview method, comparative analysis method, the "rope skipping exercise" teaching material of the framework design concept, design objectives, teaching materials, teaching materials, teaching materials, the form of the opinion. Come to the following conclusions:1,The existing rope skipping materials to prepare the guiding ideology of "health first", to promote the development of physical education in school sports guiding concept. Through comparative analysis, the existing rope skipping materials in China is divided into two kinds of system, "University" and "primary and secondary school". The contents of each version are two aspects:Theory and practice.3,The need to strengthen the teaching content of the compilation of the teaching content of the scientific nature, the mass and the popularization.
