Investigation And Research On The Status Quo Of Competitive Swimming In Chongqing

Competitive Swimming as one of the important projects that affect competitive sports, it develops relative lag in Chongqing. Chongqing amateur swimming training sports school was founded in 1956, professional swimming team was established in 1986, and professional team was revoked in 2001. Chongqing swimming has experienced the start stage, developing stage, flourishing stage and decline stage. Especially in 2001, the professional team was revoked, the level of competitive swimming sudden landslides in Chongqing. Chongqing plans to rebuild the swimming team in 2010, but it failed. On four national games in 2001-2001, none of the Chongqing's swimming athletes made any ranking, after 2010 years none of Chongqing's swimmer registers and participate in national competitions at all levels across the country. Competitive level. In recent years, the Chongqing government proposed "promoting to the sustainable development of sports, and striving to create a new situation the Chongqing sports enterprise development", under the new requirements, competitive swimming in Chongqing has the new opportunity of development. Therefore, the study of competitive swimming in Chongqing to promote the development of competitive swimming in Chongqing has a realistic significance. At the same time, the development of competitive swimming in Chongqing present situation investigation, problem analysis and countermeasures research on competitive sports also has theoretical significance.Methods of literature analysis, field survey, questionnaire investigation, expert inte rview and comprehensive analysis were adopted in this article, and the research object i s the situation of athletics swimming in Chongqing. After using spot investigation, interv iew and comprehensive analysis,we got the conclusions:(1)Because of lack of top-level project development planning, the professional team was revoked, and it is difficult to reconstruct and develop; (2)the training level is not high, and it does not get conditions to take part in the national games; (3)conveying channel is not smooth, the enormous talent go out; (4)insufficient fund which causes lack of special training facility equipment; (5)training method is out, and scientific training level is not high.Through the investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward the following Suggestions:(1)improving of all kinds of the system construction and integrating resources effectively; (2)changing the concept of development and setting up the swimming sports management center; (3)broadening the channels of financial investment and accelerating the industrialization and social development; (4)smoothing conveying channel and strengthening the construction of reserve swimming talented; (5)improving the level of the coaches and strengthening the connotation construction; (6)attaching great importance to the scientific research and service consciousness, improving the competitive level.
