Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Anhui Competitive Swimming Reserve Talents Development

Swimming originated in the mid-19 th century Europe,and became a sports competition first in the UK.Swimming includes 16 individual competitions for men and women,and a total of 32 competitions.Olympic competitive swimming gold medal has a most important position second only to track and field events.In other competitions at all levels,the performance of swimming competition also has a significant impact on the performance of the entire delegation.Anhui is a relatively backward province in terms of competitive sports.How to improve the performance of competitive sports in our province,enhancing overall strength,and developing more winning points,especially in vulnerable projects.Making in breakthroughs in swimming is a continuous pursuit of sports workers in our province.Combining relative theories of sport education,sport management science,the study of sport training and education,and by utilizing documentary materials,questionnaire,interviewing,cluster analysis and Duncan multiple comparison test,this thesis makes an in-depth investigation and a logical analysis on the current status of cultivating reserve talents of competitive swimming in Anhui Province,to understand the existing problems in talents cultivation and putting forward some corresponding constructive countermeasures as references for the decision making of relevant department and training of competitive swimmers in Anhui Province.The research on the current situation of competitive swimming reserve talents in Anhui have drawn the following conclusions:(1)A diversified competitive swimming reserve talent training mode in Anhui Province,which bases on the combination of government management and social decentralized management has not been formed yet.(2)The prominent contradictions between swimming training and academic learning of competitive swimming reserve talents in Anhui Province directly leads to the shortage of competitive swimming reserve talents,and affects the sustainable development of their cultivation.(3)The level of scientific training of competitive swimming reserve talents in Anhui Province is not high enough.The trainings of athletes enter into he specialization training stage too early.the growth rules of cultivating reserve talents for competitive sports should be respected,so as toimprove the quality and efficiency of athletic talents training.(4)The comprehensive quality of Anhui competitive swimming coaches,which are difficult to meet the needs of the modern sports development and the scientific training of swimming,are to be improved.(5)The venue and equipment for competitive swimming in Anhui Province can basically meet the need of daily teaching and training.However,more investment should be strengthened to meet the needs of competitive swimming training in Anhui Province.(6)The source of training funds for competitive swimming in Anhui Province is mainly from the sports administration department allocation,the schools themselves,the education department,and trainees.The industrialization or marketization development is still in the stage of exploration and development.(7)The development of competitive swimming events in different cities of Anhui is seriously unbalanced.The supply capability and successful rate of reserve talents are low.The number of high-level athletes is in short supply.In terms of medium and long-distance projects,this disadvantage is and has the tendency of becoming more prominent.Based on the current situations of competitive swimming in Anhui,the following countermeasures have been drawn:(1)Strengthen the construction of the competitive swimming reserve talents training system in Anhui Province.Change the relatively simple training system in the past to a diversified,all-dimensional,multi-level,multi-channel talent training system and actively explore the personnel training system for schools,amateur sports schools and clubs.(2)Competitive swimming in Anhui Province is rooted in universities,primary schools and junior high schools.The first-grade sports teams are mainly run by universities.The second-and the third-grade sports teams are mainly run by high schools.Primary schools run mostly the third-grade sports teams.At the same time,the youth clubs serve as a supplementary mode to solve the contradiction between the learning and training of the reserve talents(3)A comprehensive training system of educating coaches should be established to improve the overall quality of coaches.Also,a compound coaching team should be gradually formed,with coaches as the main body combined with scientific researchers.(4)Strengthen the construction of stadiums and other infrastructure facilities.Continuously improve the quality of sports training facilitiesand conditions.And improve the effectiveness and efficiency of sports training.(5)Competitive swimming in Anhui Province should give full play to the advantages of the market mechanism,exploring diversified sources of funds,mobilizing the strength and enthusiasm of all sectors of society,and raising funds through multiple channels.(6)Improving the scientific training level,reducing the elimination rate,nurturing key competitive projects,enhancing core competitiveness,and striving for more social support should be emphasized.(7)Promoting the reform of the competition system,improving the output and efficiency of cultivating talents,speeding up the marketization process of the competition,and publicizing swimming activities vigorously with various channels such as television and media,and expanding the mass foundation of swimming events are the directions of the future of competitive swimming of Anhui.
