Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Training Youth Swimming Reserve Talents In Mianyang City, Sichuan Province

The cultivation and development of swimming reserve talents is the cornerstone of the development of competitive swimming projects.In recent years,the number of reserve talents in the Mianyang City swimming team has shrunk dramatically.The influence of contradictions in the training has caused the loss of some reserve talents.In particular,the reserve talents of the younger age have been greatly reduced,resulting in serious age faults in the swimming team of Mianyang City.Coupled with parents worried about the future of athletes,the number of reserve talents has dropped significantly.In this context,the investigation and analysis of Mianyang youth swimming reserve talents,in order to provide the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the practical problems and reasons in the training process of Mianyang youth swimming reserve talents,and to train the reserve talents of Mianyang City.Provide reference and reference for improving the success rate.Through literature,field survey,questionnaire survey and the use of SPSS19.0 and other mathematical statistics methods,this paper investigates the training methods and current situation of young swimmers in Mianyang City,and analyzes the current problems in the training of young swimmers in Mianyang City.Questionnaires were surveyed on the coaches,athletes and athletes.The data were then analyzed by spss19.0 for scientific mathematical analysis to further analyze the causes of the problems in the training of young swimmers in Mianyang City.Through in-depth systematic investigation and research,the following problems were finally found:(1)The contradiction between the training and the training resulted in serious loss of swimming reserve talents;the reserve talents had fewer opportunities to participate in the competition,and the reserve talent guarantee mechanism and incentive mechanism Imperfect(2)unsound development of the training team,salary is too low;coaches are difficult to learn,lack of scientific research ability(3)parents worry that amateur swimming training does not protect children's future(4)outdated swimming facilities,training hardware Lack of facilities.In response to the problems found and the difficulties,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)Establish a three-level training model for student athletes,improve the reserve talent guarantee system;(2)Strengthen the construction of coaches and improve the coach evaluation and reward and punishment mechanisms;(3)Strengthen medical supervision and expand the funding channels for swimming teams.In order to provide a theoretical basis for Mianyang City to better cultivate swimming reserve talents,it will improve the success rate of swimming reserve talents in Mianyang City to a certain extent.In order to promote the quality of swimming reserve talents in Sichuan Province and the improvement of competitive swimming level,it also provides a reference for the training of swimming reserve talents in other urban areas.
