Investigation and Research on the Current Situation of Swimming Reserve Talents Training in Jiangxi Province China's Competitive Swimming can achieve such results today,which can be said to have a great relationship with the training of reserve talents.For a long time,there has been a saying in the field of competitive sports: "When the selection is in place,we will get half the gold medal." This sentence tells us how important it is to strengthen the training of reserve talents.For competitive swimming events,the cultivation of reserve talents is an important foundation,and the prefecture-level city amateur sports schools are an important channel to transport talents.In Jiangxi province and municipality,where the domestic competitive swimming develops rapidly,a lot of work has been done in the training of useful reserve talents.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey and case analysis,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of the training of reserve talents for competitive swimming in cities and cities of Jiangxi Province,deeply analyses the problems behind them,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of swimming in Jiangxi Province.Through investigation,this paper finds that there are several outstanding problems in the training of reserve talents for competitive swimming in Jiangxi at present: the construction of coaches,the training of athletes,the basic supporting facilities,the insufficient funds for training,the sharp contradiction between learning and training,etc.The above problems seriously restrict the improvement of the training level of Jiangxi competitive swimming reserve talents;the main reasons behind them are: low professional quality of coaches,unscientific training arrangements for athletes,unreasonable competition system,single source of training funds,fewer hardware facilities,imperfect transportation mechanism of reserve talents,unscientific selection criteria for reserve talents,unscientific design of learning and training system.Li.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of Jiangxi competitive swimming reserve talent team in the aspects of coaches,athletes,competition system,training funds,hardware facilities construction,reserve talent transportation,reserve talent selection standards,and improvement of contradictions between learning and training.This paper provides useful reference and guidance for strengthening the reserve talents of competitive swimming in Jiangxi Province,hoping to make greater achievements in competitive swimming in Jiangxi Province.
