Objective:Since 1999, our country has entered the aging society,The population aged 60 and above is growing at a rate of 3.37% a year,The total population aging is the world's first,And the aging of the population is growing faster and faster.Like many developing countries, compared with developed countries, the study on the fall of the elderly is only in the primary stage, and there is no perfect preventive measures, implementation measures and regulatory system.Social scholars to explore the coverage is inadequate, opinions vary, coupled with the now elderly fall has become a hot social issue, from the elderly fall itself is reflects China's rapid economic development of society the public group psychological problems. On the one hand, we need to spread to the masses of the elderly fall injury factors and harm, on the other hand, from the individual and the environment and so on, to prevent the elderly fall and fall after the treatment. This article through sports on the aged balance and lower extremity strength training effect research, implementation of the 14 weeks of exercise intervention experiment, comparing the two types of exercise to improve old people fall risk effect to prevent falls in older people injury occurred, for the elderly falls provides new methods and ideas of the research. Methods: elderly people in Chengdu Institute of physical education community and the surrounding park for visiting and investigation, questionnaire selected a total of 82 subjects, set the balance ability group 40 people, lower limb strength group 42 people, balance ability and lower limb strength group were 14 weeks(4 times a week, every 70 minutes of exercise intervention experiment and the effect of intervention were collected. The two groups of subjects before and after exercise intervention in the Chengdu Sport University Medical Institute of falls risk test. Through to two groups of subjects before and after the intervention of sports static balance control ability and dynamic balance control ability, lower extremity motor function, body proprioception quantitative test and comparative analysis, to explore the correlative factors and prevention measures of falls in the elderly. Results:1. The ability of static balance test(Tetrax balance instrument), standing heel raise test, compared with that before exercise, balance ability group has increased significantly(P < 0.05), lower limb strength group were obviously increased(P < 0.01); one leg with the eyes closed standing test, before and after exercise compared to balance ability and lower limb strength group has obviously increased(P < 0.01)2. Dynamic balance control ability test, eyes closed piaffe test and compared with that before exercise, balance ability group have very significantly improved(P < 0.01) of lower extremity strength group had no significant change(P > 0.05); dorsal to the straight line walking test compared with that before exercise, balance ability group have very significantly improved(P < 0.01) of lower extremity strength group increased significantly(P < 0.05)3. The lower extremity motor function test, lunge line walking test compared with that before exercise, balance ability and lower limb strength group were very significantly increased(P < 0.01); lower limb muscle testing, compared with that before exercise, balance ability group no significant change(P > 0.05) lower limb strength group significantly increased(P < 0.01); spatial gait parameters test and compared with that before exercise, balance ability group have very significantly improved(P < 0.01) and lower extremity strength group increased significantly(P < 0.05)4. Body sensory testing, nerve muscle reaction test, compared with that before exercise, balance ability and lower limb strength group were very significantly(P < 0.01) raise; transverse, before and after the mobile testing, balance ability group have very significantly improved(P < 0.01) of lower extremity strength group increased significantly(P < 0.05) Conclusion:1. 14 weeks of regular physical exercise can significantly improve the elderly body balance and lower extremity strength level, improve exercise capacity, improve the body feeling, can significantly improve falls risk for older people.2. 14 weeks of regular body balance exercise, can effectively enhance the elderly core muscle strength, remarkably improve the elderly static balance and dynamic control balance ability, strengthen the body flexibility, increase the responsiveness of the nerve muscle, so as to effectively reduce the elderly fall injury.3. 14 weeks of regular strength of lower limbs exercise, can obviously improve the elderly gait characteristics and lower limb strength level, enhance the elderly lower extremity motor function, but in order to prevent a fall injury occurred not balance ability training significantly.
