| The purpose of this study is to study the biomechanical mechanism of the professional and common fall prevention shoes for the elderly.Objective: to analyze the effectiveness of a series of biomechanical indexes of the elderly wearing professional fall prevention shoes,and then to judge the effect of the shoes on the elderly.Research methods: through gait test parameters test,joint movement angle test,plantar pressure test to compare the results and judge the effect.Gait test results show that: 1.step length,step width,step speed,step angle have significant differences.2.The results of joint movement angle test show that there are significant differences in hip,knee joint movement angle,height of center of gravity,speed,pronation angle of foot,pronation angle of ankle,metatarsal dorsiflexion angle.3.The results of plantar pressure test showed that there were significant differences in peak plantar pressure,impulse,moving area of pressure center and pressure distribution between front foot and back foot.Research conclusion: the professional anti fall shoes have significant effect on improving the balance and stability of the body of the elderly;have correction effect on the joint motion of the hip,knee and ankle joints of the elderly;have correction effect on the flatfoot,hallux valgus and splay in the elderly. |
