The table tennis clubs in Chengdudistributed reasonably, A large number of them distribute in business district and residential areas; Most clubs are small or medium scale, operated with membership mostly. To operate scaly and standard, clubs should communicate intensively, and form chain operation under suitable situation to realize economies of scale.2. Most consumers of table tennis clubs in Chengdu are young male, and the proportion of the elderly and students are less. It differs from consumption motivations and service demand in different consumer groups. In sum, the understanding of the sports consumption such as table tennis project also is fuzzy. Under such condition, the clubs should advertise related information and knowledge about table tennis project through mass media and the public platform (such as WeChat) to improve the sports consumption consciousness of the masses; At the same time, clubs should understand the characteristics of the different consumers in segments market and formulate reasonable and elastic consumer price to improve the service quality of the club and attract more people to participate in the table tennis club.3. It's necessary to improve the professional skills and management ability of the managers in table tennis clubs in Chengdu; the teaching years of the coaches are short, their payment is low, and staff liquidity is high. To solve this problem, manager should improve the comprehensive ability firstly, and foster table tennis club management talents; Secondly, club must strengthen the human resource management of coaches, establish standard recruitment system and examination system, provide coach training timely, increase the labor compensation of the coaches based on their performance to establish stable and excellent coach team.4.
