Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Amateur Table Tennis Club Under The Background Of The National Fitness Program

At present,China attaches increasing importance to sports.In order to further expand the scope of national fitness and make more people develop good habits of physical exercise,the State Council issued a new national fitness plan in 2021,which makes the future development direction of national fitness more clear.China’s population base is firmly at the top of the world rankings.Therefore,to promote China’s transformation to a "sports power",it is necessary to call on and promote the masses to actively participate in sports activities,increase and improve the construction of sports venues,improve China’s sports population base,and lay a solid and reliable foundation for the transformation of "sports power".The position and importance of table tennis in China’s sports is self-evident,and it has a large base of enthusiasts.The reason is not only that China’s table tennis technology has been leading the world for a long time,but also that in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,it opened the door of friendly exchanges with foreign countries by means of "table tennis diplomacy".Therefore,table tennis is known as "national ball" in China and is deeply loved by the masses.As the capital city of Henan Province,the most populous province in China,Zhengzhou and its adjacent urban areas have cultivated many excellent table tennis players,such as Deng Yaping,the "Queen of Table Tennis" in the table tennis world,and Liu Guoliang,the well-known chairman of the China Table Tennis Association.Under the influence of a number of local "table tennis champions",Zhengzhou’s table tennis project is highly favored by the public,with a strong sports atmosphere,a high level of project popularity and a good mass base.Through the research on amateur table tennis clubs in Zhengzhou urban area,the purpose is to understand the current situation of the operation and development of amateur table tennis clubs in Zhengzhou urban area,find out the existing problems in time,put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions according to the actual situation,and promote the steady development of amateur table tennis clubs in Zhengzhou.This paper uses a variety of research methods,such as literature,expert interviews,field visits,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,etc.,to conduct a detailed investigation of the operation and management principals,venue infrastructure,coaches,consumers and other aspects of more than 10 amateur table tennis clubs in Zhengzhou,and to conduct a relatively comprehensive analysis and summary of the current operation and development of the club,and on this basis,find out the existing problems and propose corresponding solutions,In order to promote the prosperity and development of Zhengzhou amateur table tennis clubs in the future,it also provides the corresponding reference basis for the relevant sports departments of Zhengzhou to formulate a series of documents and policies on the management,supervision and development of table tennis clubs in the future.The research results are as follows:1.Due to a combination of factors such as the rising level of consumption in recent years and the sudden outbreak of covid-19,most of the amateur table tennis clubs in Zhengzhou are small and medium-sized,there are fewer large-scale stadiums.2.The distribution of amateur table tennis clubs in Zhengzhou is uneven.Most of the amateur table tennis clubs are concentrated in relatively prosperous central areas(such as Jinshui District and Central Plain),this will not be able to meet the needs of table tennis fans in more remote areas of the sport,which will reduce their enthusiasm and enthusiasm.3.At present,the internal and external management mechanism of amateur table tennis clubs in Zhengzhou is not perfect and there is no unified management.When problems do arise,few clubs can solve them efficiently and quickly4.As far as the current situation is concerned,the prices of amateur table tennis clubs in Zhengzhou fluctuate greatly,and vicious competition exists in some regions.This situation will make it difficult for consumers to choose,but also lead to dissatisfaction with the prices of the gymnasium,resulting in the loss of potential exercise population.5.The new national fitness program emphasizes the construction and improvement of emergency facilities in sports-related places.Among the amateur table tennis clubs in Zhengzhou studied in this paper,there is an incomplete construction of club emergency facilities.6.In most amateur table tennis clubs in Zhengzhou,part-time coaches account for a large proportion.Coaches have uneven coaching levels and high mobility.This situation reflects that the entry threshold for coaches is low,most coaches are dissatisfied with their salaries,and there is a lack of programs to cultivate a stable coach team within the club.7.In terms of publicity,some amateur table tennis clubs in Zhengzhou City failed to keep up with the trend of the times and mainly used online publicity,which would make the clubs themselves unable to achieve ideal publicity effects,and also lead to consumers unable to easily and quickly understand the details of the club,thus leading to the loss of many potential consumers.
