| Since the 21 st century,human society has entered the era of knowledge economy,people’s mode of production,lifestyle and philosophy of education has changed dramatically.The humanistic education theory — that education should promote the comprehensive development of the people,promote the development of the human personality and creativity,and promote the realization of human self-realization —has become the core of educational philosophy,and accepted and recognized by more and more people.But in a long time,there’s a fundamental flaw in China’s educational management,students rights,status,and dominant position in the educational process have been ignored.Students are regarded as a "discipline" of the object,students’ autonomy,initiative and creativity in educational activities are depressed.The direct result of this kind of education is a standard object lack of personality.The concept of self-management education is based on humanist theory and traditional education behavior and way of thinking in educational practices.Implementation of self-management,training and development of students’ selfawareness and ability,is an important aspect of quality education.It is from the perspective of promoting student self-management,self-awareness,and other areas of capacity development.It is to promote the changing teachers concept of education.Selfmanagement is the use of the humanistic educational theory and development in educational practice,to build our country into a "innovative" Nationality,and to achieve the goal of science and technology.Basic education is the cornerstone of the entire education and the basic work to implement “prospering the nation with science and education”.Primary education is the starting point and basic education,which plays a foundational role in the entire education.Currently,our country has put the national basic education to improve the overall quality of people in a more important strategic position,Good developmentopportunities and challenges are faced by the primary education.Primary education should be more practical to implement humanistic philosophy of education in the school management process to achieve self-management.As a primary school president,I know some of the real status in primary education management.This study intends to sort out relevant research data at home and abroad,to find out to analyzes a series of problems exists in current management of primary education,with the instruction of humanistic education theory,to explore ways to implement self-management of primary education from the school management level,and continue to deepen the study of teaching practice in the future,and to gradually master its application methods. |
