In the primary school, classroom is the smallest cell, which has basic function. In theseyears, with the reforming of basic education and quality educational concept, our primaryschool’s classroom has greatly improved, but there are still some demerits blocking pupils’growing and developing and the function of classroom management haven’t worked outeffectively.In the traditional classroom, the pupils are in a passive position and some teachers onlyuse their power to order students and don’t realized this mechanic management model canmotivate pupil’s interest hardly, and even hurt their enthusiasm and suppress their feelings andpersonal needs, all of which are harm for cultivating their self-thinking and creative ability.Basing on this background, this paper absorbed the humanism theories of education,psychology and management, and created something new. This paper concluded threeproblems by surveying the real classroom and anal sizing the surveying results, whoseproblems are the gloomy and boring classroom atmosphere, everything centered on teachers,and controlling relationship between teachers and pupils, and found these three reasons fromthe aspects of management concept, condition and institution. In order to solving theseproblems, this paper wants to build a new management model basing on the theory ofhumanism, which includes the aims, principles, process and methods, hope to satisfy thepupils ‘needs and respect their personality, trying to show their talents in order to ensure theiroverall and healthy development in both study and life.
