Vigorously promoting the rural education reform in the country today,preschool education in rural areas as an important part of basic education,the development of education plays a crucial role,preschool education quality will be directly related to the education of the subsequent development.And as the rural pre-school teaching vital practitioners of educational reform,the living condition of preschool teachers will directly affect the level of the quality of education.Through the study of rural preschool teachers in Pulandian City wages,work pressure,education and training,occupation well-being and social status investigation of their existence.This research uses the literature method,survival status of the method of questionnaire and interview of the preschool teachers in rural area of Pulandian City for investigation.To Pulandian City,within the scope of the 14 rural public kindergarten in-service kindergarten teacher and the city a public kindergarten 22 kindergarten teacher no anonymous questionnaire,at the same time,to individual teachers and kindergarten for in-depth interviews in order to fully understand the actual survival condition of rural preschool teachers.Survey results showed that the effect of Pulandian City rural living condition of preschool teachers factors including history can not be changed,the government and the society for preschool education career concern is not enough,the school management is not perfect and the kindergarten teachers' own happiness feeling low.Finally,the study to improve the Pulandian City rural living condition of preschool teachers put forward corresponding solving strategies: first,government support,to achieve a breakthrough in rural preschool teachers team construction system;second,called for the community's emphasis on preschool education in the countryside;third,improvement of school and kindergarten management;fourth,to encourage rural preschool teachers to self regulate.
