In our country,“Nine-year compulsory education”was completed,the educationcentre of our country will be transferred to the early childhood education, preschooleducation will become a hot topic of our education. In The state educational reformand development plans for medium and long-term programs (2010. by2020) tokindergarten education as a modern education system in the construction of the firsttasks. The state educational reform and development plans for medium and long-termprograms (2010. by2020) propose the decade goals of preschool educationdevelopment, and pointed out that we should strive to develop our preschooleducation, especially preschool education in rural areas. In order to promote ruraldevelopment of pre-school education, we must have a group of outstanding ruralpreschool teachers. High quality of children in rural areas depend on the high qualityearly childhood teachers.Thus I choose the rural preschool teachers as object to study,I hope that the government can fully understand the characteristics of rural preschoolteachers and inadequate, and give some suggestions to construct our rural preschoolteachers.Base on previous research about early childhood teacher, this research usingdocumentation, questionnaire, interview, to known the present situation ofTengChong rural preschool teachers’ living situation, structure and professionalqualities. Through careful analysis found now tengchong’s rural preschool teachersare facing follow questions: Living in a bad state, the structure irrational, low qualityof whole professional. And in the last chapter of the study I put forward somesuggestions to change above disadvantage.
