Employment has been a common concern to the community inspired by nature,facing the new situation of development,the employment problem of master graduate student is becoming more and more tough.On the one hand,As enrollment expands,the rapid expansion of the number of graduates,university graduates and the needs of society becomes more and more serious imbalance between demand and supply,which results that their employment situation is not optimistic.On the other hand,master graduate student in theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training has a strong professional,employment of the characteristics of big limitations on employment problems than other graduates has a smaller range of optional,employment pressure is big.Based on the above situation,this study takes employment of the master graduate student in theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training as the research object,and the author of this paper selected 2011-2014 post graduate in theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training and some experts of Chengdu sport institute as the respondents,by the methods of Literature data,factor analysis,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics.In order to find out the influence factors that affect the employment of sports education training masters,and make corresponding Suggestions.The results show that the expansion of the enrollment scale of postgraduate students leads to a decline in the quality of education training masters;The employment field of postgraduates is relatively narrow and is only limited to school or sports systems,in other industries,they lack competitiveness;with the demand of university teachers saturated,the attention of Graduated post student is shifting from universities to primary and secondary schools.Through further research,the factors that influence employment of post graduate student can generalize to individual factors,school factors and social factors.In individual factors,the professional quality of post graduate students plays a decisive role;in school factors,the teaching quality factor plays a decisive role;and in social factors,the relationship between supply and demand plays a decisive role.According to the above influence factors of employment of master graduate student in theory of Sports Pedagogy and Training,it should put forward to improving their comprehensive quality,optimizing school curriculum,strengthening school employment guidance and some Job-related policies need to be worked out.
