Research On Influencing Factors And Strategies Of Talent Cultivation For Wushu And Traditional Ethnic Sports Major In Yunnan University

In recent years,with the continuous strengthening of the measures taken by the state to attach importance to the protection and inheritance of traditional culture,martial arts culture and martial arts education have become the hot research focus of many scholars,and the issues which related to martial arts and national traditional sports specialty are all the more concerned by people.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,interview,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to conduct a comprehensive investigation and research on the curriculum,teaching,teachers,venues and facilities,employment of graduates and other information of the training of martial arts and traditional ethnic sports professionals in Yunnan Normal University.The completion of the school personnel training program in practice and the employment of graduates are analyzed.This paper tries to find out the problems that affect the development of martial arts and traditional ethnic sports in Yunnan Normal University,and gives some suggestions in view of the existing problems,hopes for injecting new impetus into the healthy and lasting development of martial arts and traditional ethnic sports in Yunnan Normal University.The contents of this paper are as follows:1.On the establishment of personnel training objectives,the major of martial arts and traditional ethnic sports in Yunnan Normal University has rich training objectives and substantial contents which is the reason why it is so difficult to highlight the professional characteristics of this major.2.In this professional talent training program,there is no definite stipulation on the training specifications,which can't reflect the standardization of the professional talent training,so it needs to be revised.3.On the teaching material of martial arts and traditional ethnic sports in Yunnan Normal University,because the update of the the teaching material is relatively slow,it is hard to satisfy the development needs of contemporary college students.So it is in urgent needs of revision and improvement.4.The self-discipline and self-control ability of the students majoring in this research are not strong enough,and schools still need to take relevant measures to guide them to pay attention to learning opportunities in schools.5.The facilities of martial arts venues of Yunnan Normal University are able to satisfy the needs of teaching.As the introduction of clubs by the school has greatly supplemented the infrastructure and equipment of Sanda gymnasium,while the facilities of Martial arts gym are relatively less supplemented.So the facilities still needs to be improved in general,which is aim to promote the improvement of teaching quality.6.The importance of basic education has been well tested in practice,and there are advantages and disadvantages.Schools can make corresponding countermeasures through this feedback to improve the output quality of personnel training.7.Improving the curriculum assessment.The school curriculum assessment content is comprehensive and teachers' evaluation of students' achievement is reasonable.The school curriculum assessment content can correctly reflect the students' comprehensive ability,but there are still deficiencies.We need to make a little adjustment,which will achieve a good teaching effect.8.Teachers in this major have always maintained a good image of being positive and conscientious;however,with the accelerated pace of the development of the time,teachers' ethics,teachers' styles,professional quality and basic teaching skills are not close enough with the time and we still need to strengthen the construction of them.9.The students of this major have some understandings of the professional goals,but they don't have enough depth to grasp and can't accurately grasp the employment opportunities.The school still needs to strengthen guidance of students' learning.
